Hormonal yoga for women course - online
With the permission of Dinah Rodrigues – the author of Hormonal Yoga Therapy, it is currently possible to organize online lessons.
You can learn the whole set from the comfort of your home, wherever you are.
All you need is an internet connection, a device with a webcam (computer, tablet, mobile phone, ..) and the Zoom application.
All lessons are conducted live – online via the Zoom application. However, any recordings during the course are prohibited!
Lessons take place in a group of up to 5 people.
The online course includes:
♥ introductory individual lesson – here we will get acquainted, we will discuss your health condition, motivation, I will answer your possible questions, we will learn the basic techniques needed for individual exercises
♥ online group lesson – here you will learn the whole set of Hormonal Yoga, including anti-stress exercises and breathing techniques
♥ 1 repetitive lesson to practice the whole set or answer your questions
Hormonal yoga for women course - live
It is really important for me to take care of each of you, so the courses take place in a group of up to 10 people.
We will first learn the basic techniques of Hormonal Yoga, then we will gradually master the whole set step by step, including anti-stress exercises and anti-stress breathing techniques. At the end of the course, you will be perfectly in control of the whole set so that you can easily practice it at home.
The emphasis is on the correct understanding and execution of exercises!
The course can be completed either as an intensive one-day or monthly (always once a week for 4 weeks).
Hormonal yoga fot women - repetion lesson
This lesson is suitable for those of you who have already completed a Hormonal yoga for women course with me or one of the other certified instructors.
You can choose either a LESSON AT A PACE if you practice Hormonal Yoga regularly, you are sure to perform the exercises but it motivates you to practice in a group, or an EXPLANATION LESSON if you are not sure about the correct exercises, you have not practiced the set for a long time or you have not started to practice at all.
Here we will stop over the individual exercises and specify their correct execution.
